Toki to Towa, also referred as a Tokitowa or Time and Eternity is an RPG currently being developed by Imageepoch. The game, being developed in collaboration with Studio Satelight and Namco Bandai is an interesting one in that they are developing it to show minimal difference between the gameplay and anime-style cutscenes which if pulled off well may make for very interesting gameplay. Over the last few months there has been questions as to if this game will see an English release.
Imageepoch CEO Ryoei Mikage has recently responded to two questions posed via Twitter HERE and HERE as to the status of this, with responses being “The project is progressing.” and “It contracts soon. [Localization]” respectively. While of course this means nothing has been finalized, it hints to discussions with possibly Namco Bandai in America and Europe, or any publisher/localizer for that matter eg. Nippon Ichi Software America for international release of this game.
