ATLUS USA have today released four sets of screenshots for their upcoming English localized release of Persona 4 Arena. This first set of screenshots focuses on the games Story Mode, which takes the main characters of Persona 4, four characters from Persona 3 and an additional character (+ her shadow form) and places them each in individual storylines. These images all feature the games English translation and have a slight focus on the stories of Yukiko, Aigis and either Teddie or Labrys. Unlike the other sets, ATLUS USA have made it clear this is only the first set of screenshots for Story Mode – so expect to see more very soon.
Persona 4 Arena is slated for release on the 7th August and has been developed by ATLUS and Arc System Works for the Sony Playstation 3 and Microsoft XBox360 home video consoles. Do note however that this game is the first game on the Playstation 3 console to feature a region lock, so you will be required to purchase the game from your own region – ATLUS in Japan, ATLUS USA in America and Zen-United in PAL regions.
