Namco Bandai in Japan are currently holding a 7th Anniversary event for their “The Idolm@ster” series. At this event, the company announced the release date for their upcoming set of three Shiny Festa games for the Playstation Portable. All three releases “Honey Sound, Groovy Tune and Funky Note” will be released on the 25th October through both physical releases and through the Playstation Network.

Expect there to be potentially more announcements over the coming days. To date, no The Idolm@ster release has been made outside of Japan, therefore currently the chances of seeing an international release of these titles are unfortunately slim at the moment.
