Sometimes it takes a sequel to be able to truly appreciate the good… or bad factors of a game
After completing Final Fantasy XIII-2, I decided I would go back and replay Final Fantasy XIII. Having initially completed the game in March-April 2010 it has been almost two years since I last had a good play-through of it… and in doing so realized that I initially failed to write a review of the game at all. Therefore, as a sort of prologue for the many game reviews to come including those for Vita and home console games, I am going to take a step back and do a reverse series review – constructing a review of XIII from my experiences of XIII-2.
ALSO, I had the chance to rewatch Fairy Tail Collection 1 on Blu-ray (Complements to Madman Entertainment), so with any luck should have a review out for that as well.
