With Final Fantasy X HD in development now… I feel it is time to practice awkward laughing HAHAHAHAHA!
#awkwardlaughing
All the way back in September, Square Enix announced that they would be releasing a HD version of their Playstation 2 release of Final Fantasy X on each the Playstation 3 and the Playstation Vita which at the time was celebrating its 10th anniversary of launch. There had been some debate surrounding if this would be a complete remake of the game (Which is a route only few companies seem to go down) or a remaster (Such as those for the recent Metal Gear Solid and ICO/Shadow of the Colossus HD Collections). It has recently been made clear that this release will be a remastered version thanks to word coming from the Taiwanese gaming site Gamer, who received word straight from Square Enix Producer Shinji Hashimoto at the Taipei Game Show (Uh…. you know we would love you to come over to Australia right Mr Hashimoto?).
Having played several remaster games, I have seen some really good ones and some not so good ones, so I look forward to seeing what they managed to bring to us with this release.
