Phibrain Arc System Works Open Teaser Website for Phi Brain Game on the Playstation Portable

Arc System Works, a company who usually specialize in releasing some of the more well known fighting games have today opened up a teaser website for Phi Brain, a puzzle adventure game based on the anime series of the same name. While details are quite limited and I haven’t personally watched the anime series, there is not much I can comment on however we are aware that it will have an original storyline from the anime release and will involve a mixture of puzzle styles unique to the game and those taken from the show.

You can access the teaser site HERE. The game currently doesn’t have a set release date but should be on shelves in Japan from May 2012 exclusively for the Playstation Portable.

Daimon Kaito is a high school boy, who loves puzzles. One day, the president of the student council gives him a mobile device and it leads him to an underground ruin buried in the school. He challenges an ” insolvable puzzle” hidden in the ruin with his girlfriend Nonoha, but the puzzle turns out to be the dangerous “The Puzzle of Sage” created by the black society “POG”. He manages to solve the puzzle but it’s the beginning of a puzzle battle against POG.
