Square Enix (Publisher) and Ankama Games (Developer) today announced that their MMORPG title Wakfu which has been in closed beta testing for a while now has finally entered open beta where anyone can jump into the action and enjoy the game before the games official launch in February 2012. To celebrate this announcement, they are also revealing the Sram’s Shadow character class, new content and more. Register, Download and get playing HERE.
The game is due to launch worldwide as a tactical turn-based RPG sporting a “large amount of gameplay content to experience at no cost”. The game will eventually become equipped with a bonus monthly subscription fee of $6 which will grant players access to premium content while a microtransaction store will also be included to cater those who would like a more customized character.
