Touch Shot! Love Application is most probably one of the weirder games from Compile Heart I have covered…. especially considering most of the other titles are RPG’s. Touch Shot is a dating simulator with the main draw being your yPhone, which gives you the ability through a “Love Application” which allows you to read the minds of the four protagonist female characters and as revealed in more detail through this trailer – manipulate them to your advantage. Some of these new modes including the Mind Bind Mode which allows you to select specific words picked up during previous conversations with the girl and “Break the wall” of your vict… girlfriend potentials heart. You get to do this while watching the poor girl seemingly naked surrounding by blue tentacles…..
Also included is an Imagine Mode at the end of the day where the main character can have strange visions of what happened in the day (Such as one example in the trailer shows one of the main girls in a skimpy medieval style outfit getting attacked by GREEN tentacles). Finally there is also an Avatar mode where you can see any girl you want to well… “Touch” them. Other features include a BBS, Mobile Phone functionality and email’s although these were not elaborated upon as they are fairly self-explanatory. Functionality of your phone can be extended through downloadable content.
