Trailer for the Anime, Game and Game Collectors Edition for “Listen to Me Girls. I Am Your Father!”

First of all, lets be honest with the fact that there is a 0.1% chance of this title ever being released outside of Japan due to several reasons I am sure you will notice briefly after watching the trailer, or at least reading the title of the series. “Listen to Me Girls. I Am Your Father!”, or “Papa no Iukoto o Kikinasai!” is a light novel series written by Tomohiro Matsu and illustrated by Yuka Nakajima and follows a university student who after a series of family matters is left looking after three girls, only one of who is a blood relative (Don’t worry… I don’t see this going doing “that” route),are aged between 14 and 3 and each with their own personalities and problems.

With the series being released as an anime series in January, it seems like Namco Bandai have decided to cash in on this “potential” goldmine and make a visual novel series out of it. Despite how creepy the title makes the series sound, I will give it the benefit of the doubt and not comment on the storyline, but the design doesn’t look too bad. The second half of the trailer is dedicated to the limited edition “Sleep with Father” pack which consists of posters, a bonus “Pajama Party” DVD, other aesthetic goodies, a Hina Takanashi hug pillow (Uh… moving on) and it all comes in one big collectors box to store it all in.

The game still has a fair ways to go until release, with the game slated for a late-April 2012 release.
