Given that Sonic The Hedgehog 4: Episode 1 was released all the way back in October 2010, you could be forgiven for feeling a bit curious about when the promised Episode 2 would be making an appearance. In this second installment, the famous rival of Sonic, Metal Sonic will be returning alongside Tails as a playable character. This trailer does not reveal anything much in terms of gameplay outside of teasing us that it will be released in 2012 and the appearance of Metal Sonic and Miles “Tails” Prower, but more interesting is at the end where it seems they have dropped the WiiWare support and instead only releasing the title on the Playstation 3, XBox360, Android and iOS.
