Madoka Magica – Aniplex of America Reveals the English Dub Trailer!

With the first of the four Madoka Magica volume releases due in February, you may have been waiting for an English dub trailer to see if the English cast will prove a worthy match for the Japanese dub. Aniplex of America today released a trailer for the first limited edition box set which goes on sale on Valentines Day (Because you know…. Madoka is “such” a romantic series). When watching the series… the first thought that came to mind was K-ON!, which started being released by Bandai Entertainment a few months back and it turns out three of the main characters – Kyuubey, Homura Akemi and Madoka Kaname were voiced by Cassandra Lee Morris, Cristina Valenzuela and Christine Maie Cabanos respectively – who voiced Ritsu, Mio and Azusa. Other cast inclusions are Sarah Williams as Miki Sayaka who seems to have only voiced Ayumi Tokita in Squid Girl previously, Carolyn Keranen as Mami Tomoe and Lauren Landa as Kyouko Sakura.

While this series is due for release in North America on Valentines Day by Aniplex of America, it is getting an Australian released through Madman Entertainment.
