Riki was a child when his parents died, leaving him hopeless and depressed. What saved him was a group of four kids referring themselves as the Little Busters!. They took Riki out and played with him during his time of need. He really enjoyed being together with them, and his grief gradually faded away.
Now in his second year of high school they still hang out, fight and live together, and enjoy their school life.
Four and a half years after the visual novel was originally released and three and a half years after translation began, Team fluffy have recently announced that their long-running translation project of Little Busters, a visual novel developed by the amazing team at KEY and visualarts has been 100% completed, with every arc, mini-game and side-story translated to perfection. Before I go on, I must give an obligatory *confetti throw* to the entire team behind the release for delivering one of KEY’s finest works to the English market.
So how do you get your hands on this translation? First step is to acquire a copy of the title which can be found on many Japanese VN distributors websites and I assume some English stores as well – do note that currently only the original Little Busters edition will work and Little Busters Ecstasy / Memorial Edition will not fully work as of yet (However a semi-playable patch for these versions is currently available). Then, go to the projects official website HERE and download the translation patch!
So what next is on the agenda for the team? After a break from translation they will be jumping right in to help deliver you the full Little Busters experience by translating Little Busters: Ecstasy and Little Busters: Memorial Edition.
