Check out the Kidd and Squid Anime Podcast

yotsuba likes kidd Check out the Kidd and Squid Anime PodcastYou may recall my mentioning Kidd’s Anime Blog previously as he is responsible for the current Anibloggers Choice Anime Awards 2011… but he has recently started to run a podcast series titled “Kidd and Squid Anime Podcast” which after listening to the first one last night, proved rather interesting.

Kidd is an anime blogger from Australia (Yay! Go us Aussies!) who began his blog in May 2011 and has since then been introducing a number of creative posts to his page including a Guide to Figure Collecting in Australia (HERE), an Interview with Madman Entertainment about the state of the Anime Industry (HERE) and of course the other aforementioned concepts.

This new podcast series has just released both parts of the first episode, containing discussions on:

Part 1: Introductions and Our Experiences Blogging, The AniBloggers Choice Anime Awards, Our favourite shows in the past year
Part 2: Kidd at Armargeddon 2011 and at Neko Nation, Kidd at AVCon 2011, De_Gessos’ Earthquake Fundraising Project, Mikunopolis and De_gesso at Wai-Con

The podcast is hosted by Kidd and blog co-author De_gesso893. You can check out Part 1 (HERE) and Part 2 (HERE).

To end… will you see me on a podcast sometime? No guarantees but:

One of the ideas I have for the podcast is to get Australian Anime Industry guests and Bloggers, so prepare yourself you just might be a guest on here soon LoL
