A New Trailer for Gal*Gun PS3 Shows No Censorship?

The above trailer is for the upcoming Playstation 3 release of Gal*Gun which is due for release in February next year in Japan (Which will be region unlocked). While I think the trailer speaks for the game, it is essentially a bishojo rail shooting game that was initially on the XBox360 and had you playing as Tenzou, who after being shot by a Cupid Arrow, becomes irresistable to girls but also needs to find “The one for him” lest he be lonely for ever. So what does he have to do? Shoot girls with pheromone darts!

The original XBox360 release ended up with a post-release patch that effectively censored the game by removing the ability to move the camera far down enough to get panty shots. According to this trailer at least, the censorship is gone and will allow you to “peek” all you want. Also in the trailer is the new theme song Illumination Love as well as some new elements to the game such as Score Attak and Doki Doki Carnival.

The game will be released by Alchemist in February 2012 in two editions – a normal edition which will cost ¥7,140 and a limited edition that will set you back ¥9,240.
