Take a Glimpse at Legasista, a New Game Collaborated By Nippon Ichi Software and System Prisma’s

Legi 1 258x300 Take a Glimpse at Legasista, a New Game Collaborated By Nippon Ichi Software and System PrismasAnnounced last week, the upcoming Playstation 3 game Meikyuu Touro Legasista is an action RPG being developed by System Prisma, the team behind the Classic Dungeon (Cladun) set of PSP games and Nippon Ichi Software which will be publishing the title. The gameplay seems very familiar to the Cladun series, taking the gamer through dungeons with a character customized by them, but using the enhanced capabilities of the Playstation 3 as well as evidently more ambition with HD Character Sprites and even proper character portraits!

The storyline has you playing as Alto, who sets off on a journey to free his sister who has been cursed by petrification and turned to stone. So with every other good dungeon crawler, you explore the dungeons and hope to find something or some plot element. The dungeon elements from what I can tell are just your ordinary Cladun ones, albeit with HD designs and the battle system as well seems to retain the normal style. This is in essence the first attempt by System Prisma to bring their Cladun gameplay to the Playstation 3, and I do hope it pays off.

While more information will no doubt be previewed in the short-term, Nippon Ichi have just opened a teaser website which can be found HERE and is due to open on the 30th November. As well, I have some screenshots which can be seen below:
