Meet The Three Hostesses of Yakuza: Black Panther 2

Yakuza: Black Panther 2 is a PlayStation Portable spin-off series from the main Yakuza game series on the PlayStation 2 and PlayStation 3. For those who have not followed the Yakuza / Ryu Ga Gotoku series before, it follows the Yakuza warfare between the Tojo Clan and a number of others as the game series progresses in a right-light district known as Kamurocho. The series primarily features Kazuma Kiryu who after spending a period of time in Prison, decides to live a peaceful life but still gets dragged into the events that unfold – eventually joined by more playable characters in Yakuza 4 and so on.

The Black Panther series does not follow that same plotline but takes place in the same areas and (Although I have not played the original) holds some weighting to the storyline. The main draw to the game besides the storyline is all the bonus mini-games and things to do around Kamurocho, and one of them is Host Clubs – where you can essentially hold a relationship with a hostess and do things like bowling, karaoke and in the case of Yakuza: Dead Souls, have them act as a companion against the zombie invasion.

SEGA recently announced three of the hostesses and their real-life counterparts which include:

007 Meet The Three Hostesses of Yakuza: Black Panther 2host 2 Meet The Three Hostesses of Yakuza: Black Panther 2
Mai Endo

008 Meet The Three Hostesses of Yakuza: Black Panther 2host 1 Meet The Three Hostesses of Yakuza: Black Panther 2
Erika Tonooka

009 Meet The Three Hostesses of Yakuza: Black Panther 2host 3 Meet The Three Hostesses of Yakuza: Black Panther 2
Yurika Tachibana

Not only did the girls provide their appearances to the game, but also had a part in selecting their in-game hairstyles and menus. Apparently the host system will also be updated, allowing for more complex dates then prior and may have an impact on the storyline. The battle system has also supposedly had a few improvements, with bystanders occasionally taking part in the battle to support you.
