Tomorrow is the day in which the next instalment in the Assassin’s Creed franchise, Assassin’s Creed Revelations will be released around the world. Yours truly has spent the last few days going through the game and looking for every nook and cranny to help judge the game. However, one essential thing has been impossible up until now – and will be the sole focus of my gaming tomorrow. I am referring to the new and improved online features, which I am personally eager to check out! So, keep an eye on The Otaku’s Study tomorrow evening for my look at every aspect of the game from the Ezio storyline, to the rather unique Desmond stages to the online mode where you always need to stay on your toes.
Also from Ubisoft for reviewing this week is Rayman Origins, a game which has the name suggests, goes back to its original side-scrolling platformer roots over the more recent 3D platformers. Does its rather unique visual and music style captivate my attention or does the game fail to differentiate itself from an old gaming genre? Find out soon! In terms of other gaming reviews for the week, I should have a review for The Idolm@ster 2 out tonight, and a review for Uncharted 3 out tomorrow as well, or Wednesday at the very latest.
