Think that the Yakuza series would end with zombies invading Kamurocho? Well fortunately the game was non-canon and so Yakuza 5 is in the works as the next game in the series. Yakuza creator Toshihiro Nagoshi has stated in a live Nico Nico broadcast that the game will once again be returing to Kamurocho as it has every other game, but similar to Okinawa in Yakuza 3, they will be including one more city for you to traverse. The thing is… they want you to aid in the decision to if the city should be Sapporo, Nagoya, Osaka and Fukuoka. While there is no guarantee they will eventually follow the majority decision, they have opened up a voting page at the following link HERE.
