Fishing games haven’t deviated much since their original releases except with the benefit of better designs. Fishing Resort, due to be published by XSEED Games in North America is another fishing game where you can live out all the thrills of fishing in the comfort of your own home and knowing you will not come back with nothing to show for your experience. The one real benefit of the Wiimote that sets itself apart from its competitors is the ability to use certain attachments which in turn, allow you to replicate a crossbow, maraccas or in the case of this game, a fishing rod. Specifically developed for Fishing Resort, this accessory will allow you to turn your Wiimote and Nunchuk into what could be perceived as a realistic fishing rod instead of randomly flailing your arms around every time you catch a fish.
The game will be sold for a relatively cheap price of $19.99 by itself, but for this accessory all you need is to put forward another $10 with the controller and game pack for only $29.99.
