The Idolm@ster 2 to Receive Playstation 3 Demo Tomorrow

Tired of watching the same Idolm@ster 2 videos on Youtube over and over again and want to get in on the action – however not too sure if you will enjoy the experience – especially if you have only a limited knowledge of the Japanese language? Fear not! NBGI have come to your rescue with their intentions on releasing a demo for the Japanese Playstation Network store tomorrow.

There are a few strict limitations to this demo which of course are to be expected. These include:

  • First off isn’t actually a restriction but you are able to form a trio of girls from nine in total to train.
  • You are allowed to manage six schedules, which I believe would equate to six days in game time.
  • Out of all the songs, you are limited to choosing just one – Ready!!, the anime’s theme song.
Either way, it will allow you to get a feel for the system and try out your favourite idol before you get stuck into the game at the end of the month… I have my pre-order in… have you?
