The upcoming multiplatform gaming engine “Luminous Studio” was originally previewed a few months ago with a comparison shot between a photo of a garage and the same part of the garage reproduced with the game engine. Well… it seems that all is not over with the garage yet, and Square Enix has released another four images showing off just how realistic a design they can create with it. Currently I do not believe there is a game being developed using it – with a tech preview due out in 2012 or 2013 however Final Fantasy XIII Versus will take some elements of it on board, namely in terms of lighting.
