For those who are unaware, the official release of Cave Story 3D by the folks at Nippon Ichi Software America is slated for next month. Over the last few weeks they have released a number of screenshots for the game, including a failed attempt at 3D images for the Nintendo 3DS console, but they have come back with more! This time, the focus shifts too a previously unpreviewed zone – “Sandzone”, in which perhaps the non-unique zone name and screenshots will speak plenty to what design and enemies will be implemented.

You can order the game for around $40 from either the Nippon Ichi Software America Store, an Online Retailer or your local gaming store when it becomes available in your region.
