The second EB Live session was indeed the one from Namco Bandai Partners and consisted through a live playthrough of the Final Fantasy XIII-2 demo with comments. To be perfectly honest, I was quite bored during it…. because after the opening ceremony, I headed to the Square Enix booth and was the second one there to get my hands on the playable demo that I will be discussing in full detail in another post. However, it was fun seeing things that I missed out on seeing in the playable demo.

There will be three versions of the game released in Australia.
1. Standard
2. Premium
3. Collectors / crystal?
Said to be their best release bonuses yet, with the normal content as well as dlc content for premium editions and for preorders. To be officially released next week.

Multiple paths… Use a machine that will send you out of your way but MAY make a boss easier or face said boss head on… From watching a couple of others play, I think most chose to go head on….

The new Mog Clock battle system is good, but waaay to easy to get preemptive strike… But a bitch if you fall into Ed with a painful speed reduction.

Did I mention the startup time of the demo took at least a minute. Thought the game had crashed.

Has a more serious soundtrack to it.
