RPG Maker to Return with Yet Another Nintendo DS Game

RPGMAKER RPG Maker to Return with Yet Another Nintendo DS GameThe RPG Maker line of games have been going for a little less then two decades and shows that there is a market for these games, as they have spread over several consoles from PC releases, to Gameboy, Nintendo DS and Playstation 2 to name a few. There is however, another release slated for the Nintendo DS which is due for release on the 15th of December in Japan – however as of yet, only the PC releases have it made it out into English with a considerably high fan base.

According to an article posted on Famitsu, the game at the very least has the ability to create decent sprite-derived RPG’s around the school, sci-fi and the Sengoku era. You can see some of the character portrait art and further screenshots on each of these themes at the following Famitsu article HERE.

Personally, I shall stay with the PC version of the game. Unfortunately, the gameplay system may be limited by the limitations of the DS itself, having to manually enter everything on the touchpad would be too tedious in comparison to a good ol’ keyboard and mouse. However, it is still a great means of making your own personal RPG fr the Nintendo DS.
