Some companies like to use the same title for their releases, only with different numbers at the end such as Final Fantasy I – XIV. Some companies like to run many spin-off series for one franchise (Eg. Shin Megami Tensei: Persona, Digital Devil Saga etc). Then you have companies such as 5pb. that have a certain dedication to the ‘;’ and include it in a number of their visual novel titles. Robotics;Notes is the third title in their Science Adventure Series (Chaos;Head and Steins;Gate were the other two) and is a visual novel that is slated to be released on the Playstation 3 and XBox360 consoles in Spring 2012. This series is being defined as an “Augmented Science Adventure”, in which the Augmented component might have to do with the Augmented Reality Application mentioned in the second half of the trailer.
