With the upcoming release of the Playstation Vita, it is still good to see that companies are still actively developing for the Playstation Portable console. Ragnarok: The Imperial Princess of Light and Dark is an offline PSP rendition of Ragnarok Online, an online game that despite the at times simplistic design – still has a very active fanbase around the world. This game does make improvements upon the source game, with 3D characters and more solid environment and monster design but it seems to still retain the different character classes for each character and porings…. everyone loves porings right?
This trailer outlines the two possible choices for protagonist. Whilst you cannot customize their appearances with new hair colours or whatnot, you can still choose your gender. If you are expecting to play a warrior think again – this time around you will be playing a character who wields a gun, making them the Gunslinger class from the original game.
