Persona Music Live to Return in 2012

personamusic Persona Music Live to Return in 2012

Fans of the Persona series may remember the previous Persona Music Live concerts held in 2009 and 2010, where they bring all the songs from the many Persona games and perform it live in one big concert – with the event usually encouraging people to dress up in a theme, one of them being as a protagonist from one of the games if memory serves me right. Previous concerts have focused on three titles specifically – Persona 3, Persona 4 and Persona: Trinity Soul. Since the last concert we have seen the release (or near-release) of several titles such as Persona PSP, Persona: The Animation, Persona 3 Portable, each with new lyrical themes to go along with it, as well as possible music announcements for Persona 5, Persona 4: The Golden and Persona 4: Ultimate in Mayonaka Arena – it seems like they have decided to do another one in 2012.

The event is currently slated to be held on the 8th of April 2012 at the Tokyo International Forum. Obviously not much is known about what will be played at the concert, however keep your eyes on this website HERE for more information, or keep a watch on The Otaku’s Study as I will be publishing news about it as it is made available. Obviously most of us will not be able to make the event as it is in Japan, but they did sell CD’s and DVD’s after the previous concerts, and I assume they will continue this tradition in 2012.
