It seems that Playstation Vita users in Japan will be pleased, with the very popular video sharing website Nico Nico Douga (Essentially a video sharing website where users can post comments directly onto the video) being announced to be available for free on the console. It is also said to make use of console features such as the camera to allow easy creation and uploading of video footage.
Whilst this has only been confirmed for the Japanese market so far, it is quite possible that users outside of Japan will see it considering we have our own English version of Nico Nico Douga.
