With both Rune Factory: Tides of Destiny (Playstation 3 and Wii) and Harvest Moon: The Tale of Two Towns (DS) due to be released in the later half of this month by Natsume, you would not think there could be any more games out in a period of a month right? WRONG! Announced an hour ago, the game has been rated E for Everyone by the ESRB and has been dated for release on the 4th of October 2011. This Nintendo 3DS title will only cost $39.99, and whilst I have not seen much into the game, looks like a lot of fun!
Hiro Maekawa, President and CEO of Natsume had this to say about the game:
“Players looking for fresh and exciting games on the 3DS will really enjoy what Gabrielle’s Ghostly Groove 3D has in store for them. It’s a family-friendly rhythm adventure game loaded with spectacular dance moves, cute, quirky characters, and a fun-filled story!”
What is the games storyline? The following plot has been taken from the official press release:
Gabrielle’s having a bad day. She sneezed her soul right out of her body! She’ll have to travel to Monster Town, the home of all things that go bump in the night, to get help. Only by busting out the ghostliest dance moves and thrilling and chilling people will she be able to scare up the power she needs to get herself back into her body! It’s a spooktacular rhythm adventure!
If this game captures your interest, you can pre-order it from either the brand new Natsume Official Store or from any retailer that plans on having this game in stock. I don’t have access to a US Nintendo 3DS at the moment (Hope to in the next few weeks), but I do hope I will get the chance to pick up a copy of this game at some point! If you do not reside in North America but have a 3DS console from that region, websites such as Play-Asia will have the game in stock.
