The Secret World – Beta Sign-ups Delayed

SecretWorld The Secret World Beta Sign ups Delayed

I don’t believe I have mentioned this game before on The Otaku’s Study, however The Secret World has been a game I have been personally following since I first caught word of it on the GE Forums many years ago.  The game – instead of having a levelling based system which most games seem to use – they have opted to remove all that stuff and have the games “levelling” system come down to skill - although if it is viable for a new player to defeat a veteran player is yet to be noticed. Characters are spread out into three factional organizations: the Templars, the Illuminati and the Dragons – each with their own logo, quests and ideals. If you are curious about this game – you can visit the Official Website or even just browse the Wikipedia Page for it.

I would highly advise keeping your eye on the official website, as they were intending to open beta registrations around 24-hours ago but as of yet have hit a slight problem, and as of yet not opened them – replacing the countdown timer with a broken one and a message. I will be interested to see how this game turns out, there has been a significant deal of hype for it over the last few years.
