Ragnarok: The Imperial Princess of Light and Dark – Trailers

A few weeks ago I decided to check out Ragnarok Online after a few years playing. Back in the day when the Oceanic Ragnarok Online servers were still up, me and quite a few of my friends were active players however when the game suddenly closed down, I didn’t feel up to playing the game again in servers where there was always another strong presence of players which had potentially different playing conditions (Benefit or not) – despite the character transfer option and all that. But this is only just a random tidbit of information.

Ragnarok Online has been adapted into several different games from a PC side-scrolling game to a ds game that had similar graphics to the actual online game (Released by XSeed last year)…. however they have never released a tactical game of the series prior to now…. but it seems like they have. The above five video clips are from the upcoming PSP game Ragnarok: The Imperial Princess of Light and Dark published by Gungho, which is due out late-October in Japan. The graphics look pretty decent for a PSP game whilst retaining the charm of Ragnarok Design – which might not always be considered “modern”.
