Dark Souls Has New Trailer

With Dark Souls only a few months away, Namco Bandai is evidently pushing the second title in the Demons Souls series heavily – I am sure with hopes of getting a bigger piece of the pie that they shared with Sony Computer Entertainment and ATLUS USA with their English releases of the game for their respective regions. This trailer uses a track from the group “The Silent Comedy” and is an overall enjoyable song, however I would have liked to see more from them in terms of footage (More previewing monsters then actual gameplay).

As I have stated before, I still remain hesitant about this game. Demons Souls was a game that was a surprise success and became popular because of its difficulty and through word-of-mouth. So, I am personally hoping they have opted to keep what made Demons Souls good, without trying to add to much to the gameplay which could be perceived as “Trying too hard”.
