I will say it clearly right now, I am not a big fan of fighting games such as this, primarily due to the little fact that I really do suck at them. Upon release, I purchased the copy of the original Blazblue release, and upon entering online mode, caused my controlling characters suffering at the hands of my enemy. Thankfully, with practice on the Umineko no Naku Koro ni fighting game that was released at the end of last year and a PS3 controller I have gained some degree of efficiency at playing these games.
The King of Fighters XIII (Wow…. game 13 in this series?) is being released by ATLUS USA this October in North America on both the Playstation 3 and XBox360 gaming consoles. I have played the previous game in the series and from the screenshots, the gameplay does look similar, however the designs have improved considerably alongside new characters and game modes.
