“Why is this not a noitaminA series?” I continue to ask myself. This has everything that I would expect to be in one of the unique noitaminA series along the lines of Welcome to Irabu’s Office and The Tatami Galaxy, supporting by some strong and sometimes creatively cluttered design techniques and a storyline involving penguins, questioning fate and a hat that seems to control the female lead of the story into the complete opposite of what she really is (With obligatory theme music to go along with it).
As this is not being simulcast by anyone, the review shall be left here, but a message to Siren Visual, the Australian anime company that likes series such as this…. “You guys should consider picking it up”.
