Seems like they are starting the second season of Baka to Test to Shōkanjū (English: Baka and Test – Summon the Beasts) with a fanservice episode. Whilst I have only watched what Funimation has had up on their youtube page for the series, the driving force of the show in my opinion – the summoned beings – have no presence in this episode leaving for a rather disappointing fanservice start. Hopefully they will remember what makes this series so good and start good next episode.
Currently, Funimation Entertainment holds licensing rights in the US and have recently released the first season on DVD. Neither Madman or Siren Visual have announce an acquisition of the series, however I expect the announcement to come sooner rather then later or never.
