Whilst I was not able to attend the event, Madman Entertainment recently posted on their website a summary of their Madman National Cosplay Championship round they held during AVCon. Having attended the one at Supanova Brisbane this year, I can definately say that every state in Australia seems to have a strong cosplay fanbase, with Adelaide being no exception.
