Intel: A Museum of Me – Winning Facebook Application?

I do not usually do articles on Facebook applications as it is not in the scope of this website, however this application is something I thought as very creative and had to be shared. You have seen those facebook apps that claim to list your Top 10 Friends or random status updates right? Well I think this application, by Intel known as The Museum of Me, is the first app that does all of that stuff, that is actually worth the time using. This site collects data from your status updates, photos, liked videos/photos, locations and your friends and compiles them into a very creative 3 minute video showing what your social life on facebook would be like in a Gallery.

Whilst you sadly cannot share the video with your friends, yet at least, you can have it upload a museum pamphlet outlining the key parts of your museum to your Photos section for display to your friends. Honestly, I don’t use facebook applications all too often, as they are usually bland in comparison to say, all the gaming consoles I have around me, but this application whilst not having much entertainment value, is a very good talking point…. and who wouldn’t want a museum dedicated to themselves? Personally, this is a winning Facebook application!

You may find the application at the following link: http://www.intel.com/museumofme
