As can be seen, the next episode of Umineko no Naku Koro ni has been announced to be released on the 16th August 2009. This will be the first answer arc of the series out of a what I presume 8. It should follow along the same lines as Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai where it provides both new questions as well as answers to previous questions, ultimately leading to the hopefully naming of the culprit and what happens afterwards.
