This episode seems to continue on from where the last one finished. I suppose that Tomitake has now been captured and now Irie has gotten word that he is now the target and has not only informed Akasaka, but is now on the run throughout the festival crowd, where if they have been informed about it, Rika’s death is causing them grief and not the syndrome. Also it seems like they manage to capture Rika at some point leaving everyone else to start fighting to save all the people that have been captured. Still, sounds like a very interesting episode indeed.
