As mentioned in this post, Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai has started streaming on the animate.tv website [Link]. I haven’t tried it yet or had much time to translate what it says however I am not 100% sure if it is for only Japan or anywhere around the world. I also believe you will need to upgrade your Windows Media Player to accept Digital Rights Management for the movie file.
Remember, each file is only streaming for a week before it goes pay to watch. Enjoy!
