Summary: The episode starts with some men breaking into a house with a woman in it trying to stuff something into a briefcase. She screams and that is all we see of it (Must be something to do with future episodes). Rika wakes up to find Satoko missing. She is worrying, expecting that something bad has happened to her and it has. Her cruel and violent uncle Teppei Hojo is in town and taken custody of her. He was previously murdered by Keiichi in Tatarigoroshi-hen and once again, another arc has mingled with this one. He does the same “chuck an ashtray” move at her just like he did infront of Keiichi and Irie (For I think the same reason also, for leaving the kettle on).

Rika finds a payphone and calls Oiishi for Akasaka which he claims he is not there, so disappointedly and angrily she hangs up on him. She goes to Irie and Takano and discusses the possibility of the garbage men to go after him, however they reject her wish. Irie asks Tanano to make some calls however soon notices about the murder of Mamiya, a woman from the introduction. They cannot do anything until the end of the festival, which she is really annoyed about.

The next morning, Rika is still very aggravated about the events that are occuring and everyone is wondering what has happened to Satoko. However Chie talks to Rika and plans on going to see her uncle. However, despite seeing her uncle, she does not prevail, instead, she is verbally abused by him. Back at school, Shion is angry as she promised to look after Satoko. Shion threatens that she will kill Teppei (Just like Keiichi did). Having a flashback of the Tatarigoroshi-hen arc, Keiichi steps in the way of Shion to prevent her doing anything harsh. After awhile, she gets angry at him also and slams the chair over his head, causing blood to drip down his face.

Chie and the principal walk in and say they will be contacting child services in order to protect Satoko from Teppei. However, Satoko, for some reason, refuses to admit the abuse by her uncle and limiting everyone else’s chance of protecting her. Keiichi still has a feeling that killing him would not help at all so all of them decide to work together in order to save her.

They all personally go to the child services office and due to some stupid legal problems, cannot do anything to help her. Once again, causing everyone to get even more angry. Keiichi is upset about this and gives his appologies to Rika, who is still grieving over the event. Rika pleads with him about helping Satoko and he agrees that he would do something about it. The episode ends here.

Review: Seems like the perfect world Rika was after is already slowly being wrecked.Hopefully Keiichi might be able to do something besides murder Teppei that could save this world until a time it may be wrecked again. This is still shaping up to be the best anime of the season and I look forward to bringing you all the next episode!
