Summary: This 2 part segment both feature the same issue of Christmas in Japan. It starts out with Guchuko outside the school on the playground who is having snow fallen on her. So she used her sythe to attack them (Luckily she doesnt try and tape them together like last time. While attacking, the two boys are walking by and that little one gets a full blast of her anger.
While going to school, Potemayo, who is in Moriyama’s scarf, gets fed by and older man and Moriyama also recieves some. Mikan runs up to them with Potemayo as sick as anything. Of course, she day dreams in her magical mind worlf of Moriyama. When they get to school, Kyo runs in with a big bag of chocolate balls and tries to feed Potemayo however, Guchuko intervines attacking Potemayo and the little chick that has now taken to following her around everywhere.
After awhile, the class start to prepare for their classroom X-mas party, with Guchuko hidden under the table stealing food without anyone else knowing. After that, Guchuko follows a trail of chocolate balls to Kyo’s house in which in the tree is a pillow, a small christmas cake and a small card. To show her gratitude, when her and her mother leave the house the next morning, they find a dead cow lying in the garden.
It is now Christmas Eve, Mikan runs into Moriyama and Potemayo looking in a cake store window but before she can do anything, that same weird guy has purchased the cake for them as he did give Potemayo the food at the crossing. Potemayo and Moriyama are later on sitting down and then are suddenly grabbed unaware and flung into a bath by his father Koudai. When the go out to eat, they run into Mikan’s parents as well as Mikan and they introduce themselves to his father.
So what does Koudai do? Tell them all about the embarassing parts of his life. When Mikan gets up to leave, Sunao (I am now going to stop using Moriyama and use his real name), grabs hold of her hand and sends her into another major daydream involving all the signs of New Year as well as marridge. From this, she collapses.
Most of the rest of the story involves wishing everyone a Happy New Year, Merry Christmas and a fair bit of Kareoke with both of their fathers.
Review: Once again, another interesting episode, I am unable to say much new stuff since episode 1 since it has basically remained the same quality all the way throughout, it is good however how Kyo is trying to become friends with Guchiko, althrough whatever she seems to be doing, it is failing as there seems to be another dead animal on her front porch.
